小学班级管理中做好学业支持需求学生转化工作的策略探究
An Exploration of Strategies for Transforming Students with Academic Support Needs in Primary School Class Management
摘要: 在学校组织体系中,班级是最重要的组成部分,班级管理的高度直接决定着学生的日常学习和健康成长。班主任是每一个班的核心和关键,也是班级的领导者和组织者。而每一个班级当中,学业支持需求学生都是班主任重点关注的群体,也是影响班级管理质量的关键。小学班级管理转化学业支持需求学生工作中常常存在学生自我放弃、父母不够重视、其他同学对他们的偏见、班主任管理不当的问题。本文针对存在的问题,结合相关文献资料与工作经验,提出相关策略,旨在丰富关于小学班级管理中做好学业支持需求学生转化工作的理论。
Abstract: In the school organizational system, the class is the most important component. The level of class management directly determines students’ daily study and healthy growth. The head teacher is the core and key of every class, as well as the leader and organizer of the class. In every class, students with academic support needs are the key group that the head teacher pays close attention to and are also a crucial factor influencing the quality of class management. In the process of transforming academic support needs into student work in primary school class management, there are often problems such as students giving up on themselves, parents not paying enough attention, other classmates’ prejudice against them, and improper management by class teachers. This article, in response to the existing problems, combines relevant literature and work experience and proposes relevant strategies, aiming to enrich the theory on doing a good job in the transformation of students with academic support needs in primary school class management.
