绵阳市安州区农业龙头企业发展现状及对策分析

Development Status and Countermeasure Analysis of Agricultural Leading Enterprises in Anzhou District, Mianyang City

摘要: 本研究以绵阳市安州区农业产业化龙头企业为研究对象，通过实地调查，系统梳理安州区农业龙头企业发展现状、发展过程中取得的成功经验与存在的突出问题，并在此基础上提出具有针对性和可操作性的对策建议。研究表明，安州区农业龙头企业发展势态良好，但存在建设用地困难、产业链条短、品牌意识淡薄、人才短缺、融资渠道不畅等问题制约了产业升级潜力。建议通过盘活闲置土地、延伸加工链条、加强品牌建设、强化人才引育举措、构建多元融资体系等措施，助推农业龙头企业高质量发展，为西部县域乡村振兴提供参考范式。

Abstract: This study focuses on agricultural industrialization leading enterprises in Anzhou District, Mianyang City. Through field investigations, it systematically examines the current development status of these enterprises, summarizes successful experiences and identifies prominent challenges in their growth trajectory. Based on these findings, targeted and actionable countermeasures are proposed. The research indicates that agricultural leading enterprises in Anzhou District demonstrate positive development momentum, yet face constraints such as difficulties in obtaining construction land, short industrial chains, weak brand awareness, talent shortages, and limited financing channels, which hinder industrial upgrading potential. Recommendations include revitalizing idle land, extending processing chains, strengthening brand building, enhancing talent recruitment and cultivation measures, and constructing a diversified financing system to promote high-quality development of agricultural leading enterprises. This study aims to provide a reference model for rural revitalization in western county-level regions.
