快递服务中消费者权益保护问题研究

Research on Consumer Rights Protection Issues in Express Delivery Services

摘要: 近年来，我国快递行业随着电子商务蓬勃发展而高速增长，已成为经济生活的重要组成部分。然而，快递服务在给消费者带来便利的同时，也产生了诸多侵害消费者权益的问题。本文从消费者权益保护的视角出发，对快递服务中存在的主要问题及其成因进行分析，并探讨现行法律法规体系下消费者权益保障的现状与不足。在此基础上，提出完善快递服务消费者权益保护的对策建议，包括明确快递服务合同中各方权利义务、强化政府监管与行业自律、健全相关法律法规以及畅通消费者维权渠道等。研究认为，应通过立法完善和制度创新，构建起全方位的快递消费者权益保护体系，以促进快递行业的健康规范发展。

Abstract: In recent years, China’s express delivery industry has experienced rapid growth alongside the booming development of e-commerce, becoming an integral part of economic life. However, while express delivery services have brought convenience to consumers, they have also given rise to numerous issues that infringe upon consumer rights. This paper analyzes the primary problems and their underlying causes in express delivery services from the perspective of consumer rights protection, and explores the current status and shortcomings of consumer rights protection under the existing legal framework. Based on this analysis, the paper proposes measures to improve the protection of consumer rights in express delivery services, including clarifying the rights and obligations of all parties in express delivery service contracts, strengthening government regulation and industry self-discipline, improving relevant laws and regulations, and facilitating consumer rights protection channels. The study suggests that through legislative improvements and institutional innovations, a comprehensive system for protecting consumer rights in express delivery services should be established to promote the healthy and standardized development of the express delivery industry.
