社会工作视角下农村精神障碍社区康复者再社会化的困境研究——以Y社区为例

Research on the Dilemma of Re-Socialization of Rural Community Rehabilitation Patients with Mental Disorders from the Perspective of Social Work—Taking Y Community as an Example

摘要: 为探究农村精神障碍社区康复者再社会化面临的困境，文章对Y社区进行了实地调研，发现康复者面临着非正式支持网络脆弱性凸显和正式支持网络衔接失效两大困境，严重阻碍了康复者的社会融入，导致康复者容易陷入疾病复发的风险中，康复者的生命质量也由此受到影响。要真正实现农村精神障碍患者的社区康复，需要社会各界为其康复提供相应支持，以期为康复者创造一个理解、包容、支持的社会环境，助力康复者顺利融入社会，因此文章提出了强化非正式支持系统、优化正式支持系统的建议。

Abstract: In order to explore the difficulties faced by rural community rehabilitation patients with mental disorders in re-socialization, this article conducted field research on Y community and found that rehabilitation patients face two major challenges: the prominent vulnerability of informal support networks and the failure of formal support network connections, which seriously hinder their social integration and lead to the risk of disease recurrence, thereby affecting their quality of life. To truly achieve community rehabilitation for rural patients with mental disorders, it is necessary for all sectors of society to provide corresponding support for their rehabilitation, in order to create a social environment that is understanding, inclusive, and supportive, and to help them integrate smoothly into society. Therefore, this article proposes suggestions to strengthen the informal support system and optimize the formal support system.
