基于动态分层的小班研讨教学模式探索

摘要: 在高校扩招背景下,《高等数学》大班授课暴露出针对性差、互动不足等弊端,难以满足学生个性化发展需求。本研究针对大班授课的不足,为了激发课堂活力,基于“以学为中心”的理念,以因材施教和个性化适应性教育为出发点,围绕培养学生持续数学学习能力、高阶数学思维与创新应用能力,探索《高等数学》课程动态分层小班研讨教学模式,并以重积分模块为案例展开实践。结果显示,该模式取得了较好的教学效果。
Abstract: Against the backdrop of expanding enrollment in universities, the large class teaching of “Advanced Mathematics” has exposed drawbacks such as poor targeting and insufficient interaction, making it difficult to meet the personalized development needs of students. This study aims to address the shortcomings of large class teaching and stimulate classroom vitality. Based on the concept of “student-centered”, with personalized and adaptive education as the starting point, it focuses on cultivating students’ continuous mathematical learning ability, advanced mathematical thinking, and innovative application ability. It explores the dynamic hierarchical small class discussion teaching mode of the “Advanced Mathematics” course and uses the heavy integration module as a case study for practice. The results showed that the model achieved good teaching effectiveness.
