摘要: 妊娠和分娩是一个自然的生理过程，但在这一生理过程中存在着各种危及母胎健康和安全的风险。阴道分娩是最为自然和普遍的分娩方式，在产科学中至关重要。阴道分娩受子宫收缩力、产道、胎儿及社会心理因素的影响，产程管理是阴道分娩顺利进行的重要条件，产程的恰当管理，能够提高正常分娩率、降低难产率。阴道分娩实践性和操作性较强，在教学工作中理论授课较难讲述。本文将探讨阴道分娩的教学方法，旨在提高医学生对阴道分娩的学习效果和专业能力。

Abstract: Pregnancy and childbirth are natural physiological processes, but there are various risks that endanger the health and safety of the mother and fetus in this physiological process. Vaginal delivery is the most natural and common mode of delivery, which is very important in obstetrics. Vaginal delivery is influenced by productivity, birth canal, fetus and social psychological factors. The management of labor process is an important condition for vaginal delivery. Proper management of labor process can improve the normal delivery rate and reduce the dystocia rate. Vaginal delivery is practical and operational, and it is difficult to tell the theory in teaching. This paper will discuss the teaching method of vaginal delivery, aiming at improving the learning effect and professional ability of medical students on vaginal delivery.
