高校教师劳动异化的破解之道

The Solution to the Alienation of Labor among University Teachers

摘要: 异化劳动理论是马克思主义理论的重要组成部分，为马克思创立历史唯物主义开辟了道路，马克思利用异化劳动理论来揭露和批判资本主义生产关系的内在黑暗，因此研究其异化劳动理论是十分必要的，既有重要的理论价值也蕴含着现实价值。在对黑格尔唯心异化思想的批判中，在对费尔巴哈人本主义异化思想的超越基础之上，马克思在手稿一文中集中对异化劳动理论进行阐释，基于此，本文以该文献为文本依据主要对异化劳动的四重规定性进行阐述，进而在此基础上针对教师职业的异化现象进行分析并且提出对策。

Abstract: The theory of alienated labor is an important component of Marxist theory, which paved the way for Marx to establish historical materialism. Marx used the theory of alienated labor to expose and criticize the inherent darkness of capitalist production relations. Therefore, it is necessary to study his theory of alienated labor, which has both important theoretical and practical value. In the criticism of Hegel’s idealistic alienation thought and the transcendence of Feuerbach’s humanistic alienation thought, Marx focused on explaining the theory of alienated labor in his article “Economic and Philosophical Manuscripts of 1844”. Based on this literature, this article mainly elaborates on the four-fold normativity of alienated labor, and then analyzes and proposes countermeasures for the alienation phenomenon in the teaching profession.
