快速康复护理在股骨粗隆间骨折患者围手术期的应用效果分析

摘要: 目的：探索研究将快速康复护理应用于股骨粗隆间骨折患者围手术期的效果。方法：选取本院2023年1月至2024年6月期间收治的股骨粗隆间骨折手术患者45例，随机分为两组，观察组(n = 23)与对照组(n = 22)。对照组实施常规护理，观察组实施快速康复护理，对比两组术后并发症、住院时间、疼痛评分及功能恢复等方面的差异。结果：在并发症方面：观察组13.0%显著低于对照组的40.9%；在疼痛评分方面；观察组评分为(2.8 ± 0.7)分，低于对照组的(4.5 ± 1.2)分；住院时间方面：观察组下床活动时间及住院时间均短于对照组；髋关节功能恢复方面：术后3个月，观察组评分(85.6 ± 6.4分)高于对照组(72.3 ± 8.1分)。结论：通过对股骨粗隆间骨折患者围手术期应用快速康复护理，能够有效降低患者术后并发症，提升康复质量，改善髋关节功能，值得推荐应用。
Abstract: Objective: To investigate the effectiveness of rapid rehabilitation nursing in perioperative care for Intertrochanteric femur fracture. Methods: Forty-five surgical patients with intertrochanteric femoral fractures admitted to our hospital between January 2023 and June 2024 were randomly divided into two groups: an observation group (n = 23) and a control group (n = 22). The control group received standard care, while the observation group underwent rapid rehabilitation nursing. Differences were compared in postoperative complications, hospitalization duration, pain scores, and functional recovery. Results: In terms of complications: The observation group had a significantly lower rate of 13.0% compared to the control group’s 40.9%. For pain scores: The observation group scored (2.8 ± 0.7) points, lower than the control group’s (4.5 ± 1.2). Regarding hospitalization duration: Both ambulation time and hospital stay were shorter in the observation group. In hip joint function recovery: Three months postoperatively, the observation group scored (85.6 ± 6.4) points higher than the control group’s (72.3 ± 8.1). Conclusion: The application of rapid rehabilitation nursing during the perioperative period for intertrochanteric femoral fractures can effectively reduce postoperative complications, improve rehabilitation quality, and enhance hip joint function. This approach is recommended for clinical practice.
