协同共育视域下农村留守儿童心理健康教育的困境与对策

摘要: 促进农村留守儿童健康全面发展是中央重视、社会关注的一件大事,家庭、学校和社会协同开展农村留守儿童的心理健康教育已成为共识。然而,当前针对农村留守儿童开展心理健康协同育人工作仍存在教师协同育人胜任力薄弱、家长协同育人意识淡薄以及协同育人的实效性能缺乏等现实困境。突破农村留守儿童心理健康协同共育的多维困境,需要提高教师的协同育人胜任力,提升家长的协同育人认知水平,并探索出符合农村留守儿童心理特点与发展需求的协同育人模式,才能确保心理健康协同育人工作的高质高效开展。
Abstract: Promoting the healthy and comprehensive development of rural left-behind children is a significant concern for both the central government and society at large. There is a consensus that families, schools, and society should collaboratively engage in the mental health education of these children. However, practical challenges persist in the current collaborative efforts, including the limited competencies of teachers in collaborative education, a lack of awareness among parents regarding their roles in this collaboration, and insufficient effective outcomes from these collaborative efforts. To address the multidimensional challenges of collaborative education aimed at promoting the psychological health of left-behind children in rural areas, it is crucial to enhance teachers’ competencies in collaborative education, improve parents’ understanding of this approach, and explore collaborative education models that align with the psychological characteristics and developmental needs of these children. Only through these measures can we ensure the effective and high-quality implementation of collaborative education initiatives focused on psychological well-being.
