摘要: 下肢缺血性疾病是因动脉狭窄或闭塞而引起的一系列疾病,严重影响患者生活质量甚至危及生命。对外周血干细胞治疗下肢重度缺血性疾病的现状、影响因素及治疗效果进行综述,以期为国内临床实践和科研工作的开展提供参考,有效地为下肢重度缺血性疾病的患者提供一种更加安全有效、经济实惠的诊疗方式,从而改善患者生存质量。
Abstract: Lower limb ischemic diseases are a series of disorders caused by arterial stenosis or occlusion, which severely affect patients’ quality of life and even pose a threat to life. This paper reviews the current status, influencing factors, and therapeutic effects of peripheral blood stem cell therapy for severe lower limb ischemic diseases, aiming to provide references for the development of clinical practice and scientific research in China. It seeks to offer a safer, more effective, and cost-affordable diagnosis and treatment approach for patients with severe lower limb ischemic diseases, thereby improving their quality of life.
