地方理工高校人工智能人才培养的“三维协同”耦合路径探索

摘要: 2025年政府工作报告明确2025年要坚持创新引领发展,一体推进教育发展、科技创新、人才培养,持续推进“人工智能+”行动。在加快建设高质量教育体系中,地方高校要把握好人工智能带来的机遇和挑战,在实现高水平人才培养的目标任务中,充分发挥人工智能带来的技术赋能教育革新的优势,结合地方理工高校的学科属性和区域发展特点,在学科交叉、产教融合与伦理约束等三个维度加强对人工智能人才的培养,实现“三维协同”耦合发力,为服务地方经济发展贡献力量。
Abstract: The 2025 Government Work Report clearly states that in 2025, China will adhere to innovation-driven development, integrate the advancement of education development, technological innovation, and talent cultivation, and continue to promote the “AI+” initiative. In the process of accelerating the construction of a high-quality education system, local universities must grasp the opportunities and challenges presented by artificial intelligence. To achieve high-level talent cultivation objectives, these institutions should leverage AI’s technological advantages in empowering educational reform, strengthen AI talent development through three dimensions—interdisciplinary integration, industry-education collaboration, and ethical governance—based on their disciplinary attributes and regional characteristics. This “three-dimensional synergy” approach aims to contribute to local economic development through coordinated coupling effects.
