中职班主任开展情感教育的策略研究
A Study on the Strategies of Secondary Classroom Teachers in Carrying out Emotional Education

摘要: 针对中职学生面临的厌学,叛逆,目标感缺失等情感心理问题,探讨情感教育对于中职班主任开展日常教学活动的重要性与价值,并结合实际情况提出将情感教育融入日常管理的有效策略。通过更新情感教育观念,常态化实施与关注个体差异等实践路径,引导班主任用心倾听,用情沟通,走进学生心灵,有效化解心结,培养学生正确的道德修养和人生观价值观,促进学生健康成长与全面发展,提升育人实效。
Abstract: Aiming at the emotional and psychological problems faced by middle school students, such as boredom, rebellion, and lack of a sense of purpose, the study explores the importance and value of emotional education for middle school classroom teachers to carry out their daily teaching activities, and proposes an effective strategy for integrating emotional education into daily management in light of the actual situation. Through updating the concept of emotional education, regularizing its implementation and paying attention to individual differences, classroom teachers are guided to listen with their hearts and communicate with their feelings, enter students’ hearts and minds, effectively resolve their heart knots, cultivate students’ correct moral cultivation and outlook on life and values, and promote students’ healthy growth and all-around development, so as to enhance the effectiveness of parenting.
