中医药治疗甲状腺结节的研究进展

Research Progress on the Treatment of Thyroid Nodules with Traditional Chinese Medicine

摘要: 甲状腺结节是临床常见的内分泌疾病之一，具有较高的发病率，其中良性结节多见。大多数甲状腺结节没有临床症状，合并甲状腺功能异常时可出现相应的临床表现，部分患者由于结节压迫甲状腺周围组织出现声音嘶哑、压迫感、呼吸困难和吞咽困难，影响患者的生活质量。中医药通过中药汤剂、中成药、针灸、外敷、耳穴等方法治疗本病，颇有疗效。本文根据近年来中医治疗甲状腺结节的临床研究，从病因病机、辨证论治、内治法和外治法等方面进行综合论述，为今后甲状腺结节的治疗提供参考。

Abstract: Thyroid nodules are one of the common endocrine diseases in clinical practice, with a relatively high incidence rate. Among them, benign nodules are more common. Most thyroid nodules have no clinical symptoms. When combined with thyroid dysfunction, corresponding clinical manifestations may occur. Some patients may experience hoarseness of voice, a sense of compression, breathing difficulties and swallowing difficulties due to the compression of the surrounding tissues of the thyroid gland, which affects the quality of life of the patients. Traditional Chinese medicine treats this disease through methods such as Chinese herbal decoctions, Chinese patent medicines, acupuncture, external application, and auricular acupressure, with considerable efficacy. Based on the recent clinical research on the treatment of thyroid nodules with traditional Chinese medicine, this article comprehensively discusses aspects such as the etiology and pathogenesis, syndrome differentiation and treatment, internal treatment methods and external treatment methods, in order to provide a reference for the treatment of thyroid nodules in the future.
