火针治疗失眠的研究进展

Research Progress of Fire Needling Therapy in the Treatment of Insomnia

摘要: 失眠是临床上的常见病。近年来，火针疗法作为中医特色外治法在失眠治疗领域受到广泛关注。通过对近十年来相关文献的系统检索和深入分析，本文简单介绍了失眠症的火针疗法及其联合疗法，总结了火针疗法治疗失眠症的现状，并就研究火针疗法的问题进行了探讨。研究表明，火针疗法联合其他疗法，对于改善患者的睡眠是有效的，同时不良反应也较小。

Abstract: Insomnia is a common disease in clinical practice. In recent years, fire needle therapy, as a distinctive external treatment method in traditional Chinese medicine, has received widespread attention in the field of insomnia treatment. This article systematically retrieves and deeply analyzes the relevant literature in the past ten years, briefly introduces the fire needle therapy for insomnia and its combined therapies, summarizes the current status of fire needle therapy in treating insomnia, and discusses the problems existing in the research of fire needle therapy. The research shows that fire needle therapy and its combined treatment methods can effectively improve patients’ sleep with few adverse reactions.
