初中英语阅读课中提高全球胜任力的培养途径研究
A Study on the Cultivation Methods of Improving Global Competence in Junior High School English Reading Classes
摘要: 在全球化深入发展的背景下,培养学生的全球胜任力成为教育的重要目标。本研究聚焦初中英语阅读课的全球胜任力培养,基于清华大学三维模型与新课标,通过教师问卷和课例分析发现,教师虽普遍认可培养价值,但存在概念认知模糊、教学实践失衡、资源支持不足等问题。针对这些问题,本研究构建了系统化培养路径:以全球议题为核心,依照英语学习活动观三阶段,分别对接认知、人际、个人三维目标。在学习理解阶段,关联联合国可持续发展目标深化认知;应用实践阶段,通过角色辩论强化跨文化协作;迁移创新阶段,以本土化行动设计推动责任内化。研究还以环保主题课例验证了该路径的可行性,为日常教学提供实用方案,帮助学生从文化认知走向全球责任实践。
Abstract: In the context of the deepening development of globalization, cultivating students’ global competence has become an important goal of education. This study focuses on the cultivation of global competence in junior high school English reading classes. Based on the three-dimensional model of Tsinghua University and the new curriculum standards, through teacher questionnaires and case analysis, it is found that although teachers generally recognize the value of cultivation, there are still problems such as vague concept cognition, imbalanced teaching practice, and insufficient resource support. In response to these problems, this study constructs a systematic cultivation path: with global issues as the core, according to the three stages of English learning activity view, it connects the three-dimensional goals of cognition, interpersonal, and personal respectively. In the learning and understanding stage, the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals are linked to deepen cognition; in the application and practice stage, role debate is used to strengthen cross-cultural collaboration; in the transfer and innovation stage, localized action design is used to promote the internalization of responsibility. The study also verifies the feasibility of this path with an environmental protection theme class example, providing a practical solution for daily teaching to help students move from cultural cognition to global responsibility practice.
