中西医治疗甲减伴高脂血症的研究进展
Research Progress of Chinese and Western Medicine in the Treatment of Hypothyroidism with Hyperlipidaemia
摘要: 甲状腺功能减退症(甲减)指因甲状腺激素合成或分泌量不足，进而引发的全身性代谢异常综合征，常伴随血脂代谢紊乱，导致高脂血症。相比单纯西药治疗甲减伴高脂血症来说，中西医合并疗法具有不良反应少、疗效显著等特点。该文对近年来中西医结合治疗甲减伴高脂血症的临床研究进行综述。
Abstract: Hypothyroidism (hypothyroidism) refers to a syndrome of generalized metabolic abnormality caused by insufficient synthesis or secretion of thyroid hormones, which is often accompanied by lipid metabolism disorders, leading to hyperlipidemia. Compared with the treatment of hypothyroidism with hyperlipidemia by western medicine alone, the combination of Chinese and western medicine has fewer adverse effects and significant efficacy. This article reviews the clinical studies on the combination of Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of hypothyroidism with hyperlipidemia in recent years.
