言语行为理论视角下的《哈姆雷特》经典台词浅析——以朱生豪与方平译文为例

A Brief Analysis of the Classic Lines in Hamlet from the Perspective of Speech Act Theory—Taking the Translations of Zhu Shenghao and Fang Ping as Examples

摘要: 本研究旨在通过言语行为理论的视角，对朱生豪和方平翻译的《哈姆雷特》进行对比分析。言语行为理论，由J. L. Austin提出并由John Searle发展，提供了一个理解语言如何用于执行行为的框架，包括言内行为、言外行为和言后行为。本研究选取了《哈姆雷特》中的标志性台词和关键场景，通过对比分析朱生豪与方平译文，研究两位译者是如何处理莎士比亚原文的言语行为，并探讨这些翻译如何影响读者的理解和感受。

Abstract: This study aims to conduct a comparative analysis of the translations of Hamlet by Zhu Shenghao and Fang Ping from the perspective of speech act theory. Speech act theory, proposed by J. L. Austin and developed by John Searle, provides a framework for understanding how language is used to perform actions, including locutionary, illocutionary, and perlocutionary acts. By selecting iconic lines and key scenes from Hamlet, this study compares and analyzes the translations of Zhu and Fang to investigate how the two translators handle the speech acts in Shakespeare’s original text and explores how these translations affect readers’ understanding and feelings.
