调神镇静针法理论探微
Theoretical Exploration of the Mind-Regulating and Sedative Acupuncture Technique
摘要: 现如今针灸治疗情志疾病，在临床应用中取得疗效。金弘主任中医师在结合古代典籍及现代电针治疗的基础上总结出调神镇静针法，为针灸治疗情志疾病带来了新的思路。调神镇静针法是以督脉–脑–神一体为总纲，以针灸与电针相结合，通过调节督脉心胆，调节气机，使经脉通畅，恢复脏腑功能，最终起到达到形神双向调节，在临床上取得了良好效果。
Abstract: Currently, acupuncture therapy for emotional disorders has achieved clinical efficacy. Based on ancient classics and modern electroacupuncture treatment, Chief Physician Jin Hong summarized the Mind-Regulating and Sedative Acupuncture Technique, providing new insights for acupuncture treatment of emotional disorders. This technique takes the unity of the Governor Vessel, brain, and spirit as its guiding principle, combining acupuncture with electroacupuncture to regulate the Governor Vessel, heart, and gallbladder, as well as the flow of qi, thereby unblocking meridians and restoring visceral functions. Ultimately, it achieves bidirectional regulation of body and spirit, demonstrating favorable clinical outcomes.
