摘要: 在互联网的浪潮推动下，社交媒体平台如雨后春笋般蓬勃兴起，成为信息交流的新天地。然而，“网络暴力”这一现象却悄然侵蚀着网络空间的和谐与安宁，并对受害者造成严重伤害。探究网络暴力的相关概念界定及其影响危害、明确社交媒体平台的法律责任界定，进而提出完善社交媒体平台法律责任的建议，有利于保护网络用户的相关权益、推动建立社交媒体平台责任机制和构建健康文明的网络环境。

Abstract: With the impetus of the Internet wave, social media platforms have emerged in an explosive manner, creating a new frontier for information exchange. Nevertheless, the issue of “cyber violence” has insidiously undermined the harmony and tranquility of the digital realm, inflicting severe harm on its victims. Delving into the precise conceptualization of cyber violence, understanding its far-reaching implications and detrimental effects, and clearly defining the legal responsibilities of social media platforms are of great significance. Based on this, putting forward suggestions to improve the legal responsibilities of social media platforms can effectively safeguard the rights and interests of online users. Moreover, it can propel the establishment of a responsibility mechanism for social media platforms and contribute to the construction of a healthy and civilized cyber environment.
