行动研究法联合人文关怀护理对剖宫产产妇康复效果的影响

The Impact of Humanistic Care Nursing Based on Action Research Method on the Rehabilitation Effect of Cesarean Section Mothers

摘要: 目的：分析结合行动研究法的人文关怀护理对剖宫产术后恢复情况的影响。方法：共纳入满足研究条件的首次剖宫产产妇108例，时间2024年1月~2024年12月，运用随机数字表法进行分组，观察组实施常规护理 + 人文关怀护理干预，对照组实施常规护理，使用疼痛程度、身心恢复质量对效果进行评价，对比负面情绪评分。结果：观察组护理后身心恢复的时间、负面情绪评分均显著低于对照组，P < 0.05。结论：结合行动研究法的人文关怀护理，可以更好地改善剖宫产产妇的产后不良情绪，对于推进产后恢复过程具有现实意义。

Abstract: Objective: To analyze the impact of humanistic care nursing combined with action research method on the recovery after cesarean section. Method: A total of 108 first-time cesarean section mothers who met the research criteria were included from January 2024 to December 2024. Random number table method was used to divide them into two groups. The observation group received routine nursing and humanistic care intervention, while the control group received routine nursing. Pain level and physical and mental recovery quality were used to evaluate the effect, and negative emotion scores were compared. Results: The observation group showed significantly lower recovery time and negative emotion scores after nursing compared to the control group, P < 0.05. Conclusion: Combining action research method with humanistic care nursing can better improve the postpartum negative emotions of cesarean section mothers and has practical significance for promoting the postpartum recovery process.
