年轻人反向消费现状及影响因素分析
Analysis of the Current Situation and Influencing Factors of Reverse Consumption among Young People
摘要: 本研究聚焦16~34岁年轻人反向消费现象(反向消费指一种与常规消费模式相悖的消费趋势,其特点是强调理性、注重性价比并减少非必要支出),通过线上线下双渠道发放问卷484份,回收有效问卷390份,结合描述性统计分析与PEST宏观环境分析,探究反向消费现状及影响因素。研究发现:年轻人倾向理性消费,将产品实用性及性价比等作为购买商品的核心决策依据;二手平台以79%的使用渗透率成为反向消费重要载体;多维因素驱动消费决策。进而从政治、经济、社会、科技四个角度分析市场宏观环境。最后,从政府、企业、社会组织、个人四个层面提出促进反向消费可持续发展的建议。
Abstract: This study focuses on the phenomenon of reverse consumption (defined as a consumption trend that goes against conventional consumption patterns, emphasizing rationality, cost-effectiveness, and reduced unnecessary consumption) among young people aged 16~34. A total of 484 questionnaires were distributed through online and offline channels, and 390 valid questionnaires were recovered. Combining descriptive statistical analysis with PEST macro-environmental analysis, this paper explores the current situation and influencing factors of reverse consumption. The study finds that young people tend to consume rationally, taking product practicality and cost-performance ratio as the core decision-making basis for purchasing goods; second-hand platforms have become an important carrier of reverse consumption with a usage penetration rate of 79%; multi-dimensional factors drive consumption decisions. Furthermore, the macro-market environment is analyzed from four perspectives: politics, economy, society, and technology. Finally, suggestions for promoting the sustainable development of reverse consumption are proposed from four levels: government, enterprises, social organizations, and individuals.
