基于三位一体教学模式的中医研究生规培教学改革实践与思考

Teaching Reform Practice and Reflection on Standardized Training of Chinese Medicine Postgraduates Based on the Trinity Teaching Model

摘要: 本论文聚焦中医研究生规培教学改革，阐述了“基础理论–实训–竞赛”三位一体教学模式的应用实践。通过分析传统教学模式的不足，详细介绍新模式的设计、实施过程及实践效果，并对改革进行深入思考，提出改进方向与建议，旨在为提升中医研究生规培教学质量、培养高素质中医人才提供参考。

Abstract: This paper focuses on the teaching reform of standardized training for Chinese medicine postgraduates and expounds the application practice of the “Basic Theory-Training-Competition” trinity teaching model. By analyzing the shortcomings of traditional teaching models, this study details the design, implementation process, and practical effects of the new model. It also conducts an in-depth reflection on the reform, proposing improvement directions and suggestions, with the aim of providing references for enhancing the teaching quality of Chinese medicine postgraduate standardized training and cultivating high-quality Chinese medicine talents.
