博士辅导员在高校思政教育与双创教育中的角色赋能研究
Research on the Role Empowerment of Doctoral Counselors in the Ideological and Political Education and the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education in the University
摘要: 面对中国教育现代化发展,高等教育中的思政教育融合创新创业教育势在必行,博士辅导员在两种教育的高质量融合发展中独具优势。为更好发挥作用,文章首先分析目前高校思政教育与双创教育中的若干问题,探究博士辅导员的赋能机制,最后针对博士辅导员的作用发挥,提出角色赋能作用方案与创新模式,本文旨在促进高校思政教育与创新创业教育的协同优化与提质增效。
Abstract: In the development of education modernization in China, the integration of the ideological and political (IP) education with the innovation and entrepreneurship (IE) education in higher education is imperative. Doctoral counselors have unique advantages in the high-quality integration and development of the two types of education. To better play their roles, this paper first analyzes several problems in the IP education and the IE education in current university, explores the empowerment mechanism of doctoral counselors, and finally proposes role empowerment plans and innovative models for the role play of doctoral counselors, aiming to promote the collaborative optimization and quality improvement of the IP education and the IE education in university.
