“基础理论–实训–竞赛”模式：提升中医研究生规培教学质量的新路径
“Basic Theory-Training-Competition” Model: A New Path to Improve the Teaching Quality of Chinese Medicine Postgraduate Residency Training
摘要: 中医研究生规范化培训(规培)是培养临床应用型中医人才的关键环节，传统教学模式因理论与临床割裂、实践训练不足等问题，难以满足新时代中医教育需求。本文基于“中医经典三位一体教学模式”改革实践，探讨“基础理论–实训–竞赛”融合模式在中医研究生规培中的应用逻辑、实施路径及成效，为构建高质量中医临床人才培养体系提供参考。
Abstract: Standardized training for Chinese medicine postgraduate students (residency training) is a crucial link in cultivating clinical application-oriented Chinese medicine talents. Due to issues such as the fragmentation of theory and clinical practice and insufficient practical training, traditional teaching models struggle to meet the needs of modern Chinese medicine education. Based on the reform practice of the “Trinity Teaching Model of Chinese Medicine Classics,” this paper explores the application logic, implementation pathways, and effectiveness of the integrated model of “basic theory-training-competition” in the residency training of Chinese medicine postgraduates, providing a reference for constructing a high-quality Chinese medicine clinical talent training system.
