电子商务平台赋能残障人士就业创业的社会工作介入模式研究

Research on the Social Work Intervention Model of Empowering Employment and Entrepreneurship of Disabled Persons with E-Commerce Platforms

摘要: 本研究聚焦于探索社会工作如何有效介入，以提升电子商务平台对残障人士就业创业的赋能效果。以增能理论和社会支持网络理论作为介入理论，深入分析了电子商务平台赋能残障人士的现状、主要参与模式及其存在的核心问题，构建起社会工作介入的实践路径，从微观、中观、宏观三个层面提出“三维驱动”介入模式框架并关注了关键协同机制的设计重要性，强调社会工作在弥合残障人士能力与平台资源鸿沟、提供系统性支持方面不可或缺的作用。作为残障人士就业创业的重要载体，电子商务平台与社会工作专业介入的深度协同能够着力于持续推动平台、政府、社会组织等多方合作，以最终促进残障人士的经济独立与社会融合。

Abstract: This study focuses on exploring how social work can effectively intervene to enhance the empowerment effect of e-commerce platforms on employment and entrepreneurship for people with disabilities. Using empowerment theory and social support network theory as intervention theories, this paper deeply analyzes the current situation, main participation modes, and core problems of empowering disabled people on e-commerce platforms, constructs a practical path for social work intervention, proposes a “three-dimensional driving” intervention mode framework from the micro, meso, and macro levels, and pays attention to the importance of designing key collaborative mechanisms. It emphasizes the indispensable role of social work in bridging the gap between disabled people’s abilities and platform resources, and providing systematic support. As an important carrier for employment and entrepreneurship of people with disabilities, the deep collaboration between e-commerce platforms and social work professionals can focus on continuously promoting cooperation among platforms, governments, social organizations, and other parties to ultimately promote the economic independence and social integration of people with disabilities.
