电商背景下锂电池储能产业链整合路径研究
Research on the Integration Path of Lithium Battery Energy Storage Industry Chain under the Background of E-Commerce
摘要: 电商平台的快速发展为锂电池储能产业链重构提供了新的驱动力和整合契机。当前锂电池储能产业链面临产业链条分散化与协同效率低下、信息不对称与资源配置失衡、传统交易模式与数字化需求错配等关键问题。产业链整合具有提升协同效率、优化资源配置、促进技术创新等重要战略价值。电商驱动的产业链整合路径主要包括数字韧性驱动的供应链重构路径、数据价值共创与智能配置机制、数字化交易模式重构路径和技术融合型产业生态构建路径。这些整合路径通过数字韧性、数据价值共创和技术融合创新,有效解决产业链分散、信息不对称和交易模式落后等问题,为锂电池储能产业的高质量发展提供了重要支撑。
Abstract: The rapid development of e-commerce platforms has provided new driving forces and integration opportunities for the restructuring of the lithium battery energy storage industry chain. The current lithium battery energy storage industry chain is facing key issues such as decentralization and low collaborative efficiency, information asymmetry and imbalanced resource allocation, and a mismatch between traditional trading models and digital demand. The integration of industrial chains has important strategic values such as improving collaborative efficiency, optimizing resource allocation, and promoting technological innovation. The integration path of the e-commerce-driven industrial chain mainly includes a digital resilience-driven supply chain reconstruction path, data value co-creation and intelligent allocation mechanism, digital transaction model reconstruction path, and technology integration-oriented industrial ecosystem construction path. These integration paths effectively solve problems such as industrial chain dispersion, information asymmetry, and outdated transaction models through digital resilience, data value co-creation, and technological integration innovation, providing important support for the high-quality development of the lithium battery energy storage industry.
