直播助农新业态下社会工作服务助力贵州省农村电商物流的短板治理研究

Research on the Short Board Governance of Social Work Services to Help Rural E-Commerce Logistics in Guizhou Province under the New Format of Live Broadcast to Help Agriculture

摘要: 直播助农新业态的蓬勃发展，有效拓宽了农产品销售渠道，但农村电商物流体系的滞后性成为制约其高质量乃至可持续发展的关键瓶颈。本研究聚焦社会工作专业力量如何介入并赋能农村电商物流短板治理。通过深入调研贵州某典型助农直播区域，揭示当前物流环节存在的基础设施薄弱、物流服务体系碎片化、政策执行与资源供给不足、农户服务能力不足及人才短缺等核心问题，创新性地引入资产为本社区发展、社会支持网络、赋能理论等社会工作专业视角，构建“需求评估–资源整合–能力建设–多元协同”的治理路径，为破解贵州省“直播助农”物流梗阻提供理论创新与方法借鉴，助力乡村振兴。

Abstract: The vigorous development of the new format of live broadcasting has effectively broadened the upstream channels of agricultural products, but the lag of the rural e-commerce logistics system has become a key bottleneck restricting its high quality and even sustainable development. This study focuses on how social work professionals can intervene and empower rural e-commerce logistics short board governance. Through in-depth investigation of a typical agricultural live broadcast area in Guizhou, this paper reveals the core problems existing in the current logistics links, such as weak infrastructure, high cost, information asymmetry, insufficient service capacity and shortage of talents, and innovatively introduces asset-based community development, social support network, empowerment theory and other social work professional perspectives to build a governance path of “demand assessment-resource integration-capacity building-multiple synergy”, so as to provide theoretical innovation for solving the logistics obstruction of “live broadcast to help agriculture” in Guizhou Province and help rural revitalization.
