乡村振兴视角下社会工作助力农村电商平台发展的路径研究
Research on the Pathways of Social Work Assisting the Development of Rural E-Commerce Platforms from the Perspective of Rural Revitalization
摘要: 在巩固拓展脱贫攻坚同乡村振兴有效衔接的时代背景下,农村电商平台作为推动农村经济发展、实现乡村振兴的重要载体,却面临基础设施薄弱、专业人才短缺、品牌建设滞后、市场信息不对称及资金短缺的现实困境。本研究基于乡村振兴战略要求,以社会工作作为切入点,深入探讨社会工作助力农村电商平台发展的有效路径。研究发现,社会工作凭借“助人自助”的价值理念,以及资源链接、能力建设、社区营造的专业职能,能够有效弥补农村电商发展短板。通过构建人才培育体系、推动品牌建设与质量提升、建立多元主体协同网络、锻造农村韧性的实践路径,可赋能农村电商平台各参与主体,提升其治理效能、运营能力与资源整合力,促进农村电商平台可持续发展。
Abstract: Against the backdrop of the effective integration of consolidating and expanding poverty alleviation achievements with rural revitalization, rural e-commerce platforms, as crucial carriers for promoting rural economic development and realizing rural revitalization, are confronted with practical challenges such as weak infrastructure, shortage of professional talents, lagging brand building, asymmetric market information, and lack of funds. Based on the requirements of the rural revitalization strategy, this study takes social work as the entry point and delves into effective paths for social work to support the development of rural e-commerce platforms. The research reveals that social work, with its value concept of “helping people help themselves” and professional functions of resource linking, capacity building, and community building, can effectively address the shortcomings in the development of rural e-commerce. Through practical approaches such as constructing a talent cultivation system, promoting brand building and quality improvement, establishing a collaborative network of multiple stakeholders, and strengthening rural resilience, it is possible to empower all participants in rural e-commerce platforms, enhance their governance effectiveness, operational capabilities, and resource integration capabilities, and promote the sustainable development of rural e-commerce platforms.
