网络消费者权益保护问题研究
Research on the Protection of Online Consumer Rights and Interests
摘要: 随着互联网技术的快速发展,网络消费已然成为社会消费的关键形式。当前网络消费致使消费者权益保护遭遇诸多难题,如信息不对称、隐私泄露、维权困境等情况。本文梳理网络消费的概念以及特点,剖析当下权益保护存在的主要问题,并从法律完善、监管加强、消费者教育等方面给出系统性建议,为构建更完善的网络消费权益保护体系提供理论参考。
Abstract: With the rapid development of internet technology, online consumption has become a crucial form of social consumption. Currently, online consumption presents numerous challenges to the protection of consumer rights and interests, including information asymmetry, privacy breaches, and difficulties in rights protection. This paper examines the concept and characteristics of online consumption, analyzes the main issues in current rights protection practices, and proposes systematic recommendations from perspectives such as legal framework improvement, regulatory enhancement, and consumer education. The aim is to provide theoretical reference for constructing a more robust system for safeguarding consumer rights in online consumption.
