从创伤到复原:露西心理重构之路
From Trauma to Resilience: The Protagonist Lucy’s Mental Health

摘要: 《我叫露西·巴顿》是典型的创伤叙事作品,作者通过创伤承受者“我”对创伤经历进行描述,根据创伤记忆呈片段性和模糊性的特点采用非线性叙事,塑造不可靠叙述者形象,揭露了露西的童年创伤、战争创伤(代际传递)、死亡创伤和婚姻创伤,描绘了露西的创伤症状和复原路径。露西以积极情绪感恩和安全感为基础,通过直面创伤、创伤记忆重构、创伤书写实现了心理复原,重构心理健康状态。对其进行创伤研究,有助于理解创伤和创伤文化,明确创伤书写价值,探索心理复原策略。
Abstract: My Name Is Lucy Barton is a typical narrative on the theme of trauma. The author employs non-linear narrative which aligns with the characteristics of traumatic memory—fragmented and vague, reveals the protagonist Lucy Barton’s childhood trauma, war trauma (inter-generational effect), death trauma, and marriage trauma by shaping her image of an unreliable narrator who’ve endured traumatic situations, and depicts her traumatic symptoms and recovery. With the support of the positive emotion of gratitude and a sense of security, Lucy achieves psychological resilience and rebuilds mental health through confronting trauma, reconstructing traumatic memories, and writing down traumatic experience. Studying trauma in this work deepens understanding of trauma and related culture, clarifies the value of traumatic experience writing, and explores strategies of psychological resilience.
