寒区水利泵站施工技术与质量控制研究
Research on Construction Technology and Quality Control of Hydraulic Pump Stations in Cold Regions
摘要: 寒区水利泵站施工面临低温和特殊地质条件的挑战。本文讨论了土方防渗、混凝土防裂及设备安装质量控制。土方施工中,需要应对地下水位高和冻胀问题,通过降水和支护技术保证施工安全。混凝土施工时,低温可能导致冻害和初凝过快,因此需选用适合低温的水泥,分层浇筑并采取保温措施。设备安装时需特别注意低温对设备的影响,合理选择设备并采取防冻措施,确保设备正常运行。文章提出了寒区施工技术优化方向,为泵站建设提供技术支持。
Abstract: Construction of water pump stations in cold regions faces challenges from low temperatures and special geological conditions. This article discusses quality control measures for earthwork seepage prevention, concrete crack resistance, and equipment installation. During earthwork construction, high groundwater levels and frost heave issues must be addressed through dewatering and support techniques to ensure construction safety. In concrete construction, low temperatures may cause frost damage and excessively rapid initial setting, necessitating the use of low-temperature-resistant cement, layered pouring, and insulation measures. Special attention must be paid to the impact of low temperatures on equipment during installation, requiring appropriate equipment selection and anti-freezing measures to ensure normal operation. The article proposes optimization directions for construction techniques in cold regions, providing technical support for pump station construction.
