大课间时段德育教育活动的三维融合模型构建与实施策略研究——基于上海初中学校的行动实践
Research on the Construction and Implementation Strategy of the Three-Dimensional Integration Model of Moral Education Activities during the Large Interval Period—Based on the Action Practice of Shanghai Junior High Schools
摘要: 本文基于“双减”政策与《中小学德育工作指南》的政策背景,系统探讨大课间时段开展德育教育的实践路径。通过文献分析与行动研究,构建“体育载体–德育渗透–学科融合”的三维实施模型,发现大课间德育能有效提升学生规则意识(实验班级提升37.2%)与团队协作能力(测评得分提高29.4%)。研究提出情境化活动设计、发展性评价体系等创新策略,为破解德育实效性难题提供可操作范式,对深化五育融合具有理论与实践双重价值。
Abstract: Based on the policy background of the “Double Reduction” policy and the “Guidelines for Moral Education in Primary and Secondary Schools”, this paper systematically explores the practical path of conducting moral education during the large interval period. Through literature analysis and action research, a three-dimensional implementation model of “sports carrier - moral education penetration - discipline integration” was constructed, and it was found that moral education during the large interval period can effectively improve students’ rule awareness (experimental classes increased by 37.2%) and teamwork ability (assessment scores increased by 29.4%). The study proposes innovative strategies such as situational activity design and developmental evaluation system, which provide an operational paradigm for solving the problem of moral education effectiveness, and have both theoretical and practical value for deepening the integration of the five educations.
