虹吸效应下中部六省高等教育资源配置效率及其影响因素研究

Research on the Efficiency of Higher Education Resource Allocation and Its Influencing Factors in the Central Six Provinces under the Siphon Effect

摘要: 本文聚焦虹吸效应下中部六省高等教育资源配置效率及影响因素。通过分析2013~2023年经济数据、省会首位度、高校师资等现状，发现各省资源分布不均，核心城市存在虹吸现象。结合理论剖析，识别出经济、政策、地理、社会文化等影响因素，进而提出优化布局、建立协作机制、强化内生动力、完善协调政策等对策，以推动中部高等教育内涵式发展与均衡高效。

Abstract: This paper focuses on the efficiency of higher education resource allocation and its influencing factors in the six central provinces under the siphon effect. By analyzing the economic data, the primacy of provincial capitals, and the current situation of university faculty from 2013 to 2023, it is found that the distribution of resources among the provinces is uneven, and there is a siphoning phenomenon in core cities. Combining theoretical analysis, the influencing factors such as economy, policy, geography, and social culture are identified. Subsequently, countermeasures such as optimizing the layout, establishing a collaborative mechanism, strengthening internal driving forces, and improving coordination policies are proposed to promote the connotative development and balanced and efficient allocation of higher education in the central region.
