多目标融合驱动的应用型课程课堂三阶段教学法探索
Exploration of a Three-Stage Teaching Method for Application-Oriented Courses Driven by Multi-Objective Fusion
摘要: 本研究提出并探讨了一种“多目标融合驱动的应用型课程课堂三阶段教学法”。该方法旨在解决应用型课程中理论与实践脱节的问题,强调培养学生的实践能力与职业素养。研究以“行业 + 场景”为核心框架,构建了包含“场景导入”、“原理(模型)分析”和“解决方案”的教学模型。具体而言,该模型通过一个“三阶段七步骤”的流程实施:从场景导入与问题提出,到引导学生进行合作学习与模型分析,最后到学生自主提出解决方案并进行分享评价。研究以《交通运输企业管理》课程为例,详细阐述了该教学法在课程设计、实施及评价中的应用。研究结果表明,该教学法在提升课程目标达成度、课堂参与度及学生社会适应能力方面取得了良好效果,为应用型课程的教学改革提供了一个有效的实践范式。
Abstract: This study proposes and explores a “Three-Stage Teaching Method for Application-Oriented Courses Driven by Multi-Objective Fusion”. The method aims to address the disconnection between theory and practice in applied courses, emphasizing the cultivation of students’ practical skills and professional competencies. Centered on the framework of “industry + scenario”, the study constructs a teaching model comprising “scenario introduction”, “principle (model) analysis”, and “solution formulation”. Specifically, the model is implemented through a “three-stage, seven-step” process: starting with scenario introduction and problem posing, followed by guiding students in collaborative learning and model analysis, and culminating in students independently proposing solutions and engaging in sharing and evaluation. Using the course Transportation Enterprise Management as an example, the study elaborates on the application of this teaching method in course design, implementation, and evaluation. The results demonstrate that this approach effectively enhances course objective attainment, classroom engagement, and students’ social adaptability, providing a practical paradigm for the reform of applied course teaching.
