电子商务助力乡村旅游发展的对策研究

摘要: 近年来,乡村旅游作为推动乡村振兴的重要力量,市场规模持续扩大,2024年我国乡村旅游接待人次超25亿,综合收入突破1.5万亿元。与此同时,电子商务的快速发展为乡村旅游带来了新的机遇与挑战。本文聚焦电子商务助力乡村旅游发展的主题,深入分析二者融合的价值意义,包括激活乡村旅游产业链的经济价值、推动乡村社会可持续发展的社会价值以及助力乡村文化传承的文化价值。研究发现,当前电子商务助力乡村旅游发展存在基础设施薄弱、品牌建设与推广不足、人才短缺问题严峻、服务质量参差不齐等问题。针对这些问题,本文提出完善基础设施建设、创新乡村旅游产品、加强专业人才培养、优化乡村旅游服务质量等对策。通过这些对策的实施,有望充分发挥电子商务优势,推动乡村旅游产业高质量、可持续发展,为乡村振兴战略提供有力支撑。
Abstract: In recent years, rural tourism, as an important force promoting rural revitalization, has seen its market size continue to expand. By 2024, the number of rural tourism visitors in China is expected to exceed 2.5 billion, and the comprehensive revenue will exceed 1.5 trillion yuan. Meanwhile, the rapid development of e-commerce has brought new opportunities and challenges to rural tourism. This article focuses on the theme of e-commerce promoting the development of rural tourism, and deeply analyzes the value and significance of the integration of the two, including the economic value of activating the rural tourism industry chain, the social value of promoting the sustainable development of rural society, and the cultural value of assisting in the inheritance of rural culture. Research findings indicate that current e-commerce in promoting rural tourism development faces issues such as weak infrastructure, insufficient brand building and promotion, severe talent shortage, and uneven service quality. In response to these issues, this article proposes countermeasures such as improving infrastructure construction, innovating rural tourism products, strengthening the training of professional talents, and optimizing the quality of rural tourism services. Through the implementation of these countermeasures, it is expected to fully leverage the advantages of e-commerce, promote the high-quality and sustainable development of the rural tourism industry, and provide strong support for the rural revitalization strategy.
