舌中线皮样囊肿1例
A Case of Lingual Midline Dermoid Cyst

摘要: 目前关于皮样囊肿的病例报告多以发生眶周和头部的儿童为主，舌中线皮样囊肿十分罕见且易误诊。现报道一名38岁的男性舌中线皮样囊肿病例，并对其发病机制、临床表现、影像学表现及治疗方法进行讨论，提高对该疾病的诊断及认识。
Abstract: Most reports on dermoid cysts have shown that they predominantly occur in children, with a predilection for the periorbital and head regions. Dermoid cysts in the base of the tongue are extremely rare and prone to misdiagnosis. This paper reports a case of a 38-year-old male with a dermoid cyst in the base of the tongue, and discusses its pathogenesis, clinical manifestations, imaging findings and treatment methods, aiming to improve the diagnosis and understanding of this disease.
