呼吸与危重症医学科护理工作中应用细节护理干预的效果研究

Study on the Effect of Detail Nursing Intervention in Respiratory and Critical Care Medicine Nursing Work

摘要: 目的：研究细节护理干预应用在呼吸与危重症医学科护理工作中的作用。方法：选取我院2023年6月~2024年8月期间的呼吸与危重症医学科患者98例。利用随机分配法，将其分为2组：研究组(运用细节护理干预) 49例和对照组(运用传统护理) 49例。对2组预后功能状态、心理状态展开评估，风险事件进行观察，并调查护理满意度。结果：Karnofsky功能状态(KPS)显示，评分更高的为研究组(P < 0.05)；DASS分值组间相比于研究组更优(P < 0.05)；风险事件统计表明，对照组发生率相对较高(P < 0.05)；在满意度方面，2组对比更理想的为研究组(P < 0.05)。结论：将细节护理干预运用于呼吸与危重症医学科，对预后功能状态的改善有促进作用，还有助于提升心理健康，避免风险事件出现，且患者总体满意度佳。

Abstract: Objective: To investigate the role of detail nursing intervention in respiratory and critical care nursing work. Method: 98 patients from the respiratory and critical care medicine department of our hospital from June 2023 to August 2024 were selected. Using random allocation method, they were divided into two groups: the study group (using detailed nursing intervention) with 49 cases and the control group (using traditional nursing) with 49 cases. Evaluate the functional and psychological status of two groups of prognosis, observe risk events, and investigate nursing satisfaction. Results: The Karnofsky functional status (KPS) showed that the study group had a higher score (P < 0.05); The DASS score was better in the study group compared to the control group (P < 0.05); Risk event statistics show that the incidence rate of the control group is relatively high (P < 0.05); In terms of satisfaction, the study group had a more ideal comparison between the two groups (P < 0.05). Conclusion: Applying detailed nursing interventions to respiratory and critical care medicine departments can promote the improvement of prognostic functional status, enhance mental health, avoid risk events, and overall patient satisfaction.
