数智时代中信出版知识服务业务转型研究

Research on the Transformation of CITIC Publishing’s Knowledge Service Business in the Era of Digital Intelligence

摘要: 近年来，技术革新催生了知识服务这一新兴业态，为出版行业转型升级注入了新动能。本文以中信出版集团股份有限公司(以下简称“中信出版”)为例，探讨数智时代传统出版企业向知识服务转型的路径与挑战。研究发现中信出版通过构建“夸父AI平台”技术基座、强化内容基础建设、革新组织机制等形成了“技术 + 内容 + 生态”的转型模式，但过程中也面临数智化人才短缺、知识产权侵害、盈利模式调整的风险等挑战。对此，提出加强数智化人才培养、完善知识产权保护和平衡收益等策略。通过中信出版的转型实践，以期为行业发展提供借鉴与参考。

Abstract: In recent years, technological innovation has given birth to the emerging format of knowledge services, injecting new momentum into the transformation and upgrading of the publishing industry. This article takes CITIC Publishing Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “CITIC Publishing”) as an example to discuss the path and challenges of the transformation of traditional publishing enterprises to knowledge services in the era of digital intelligence. The study finds that CITIC Publishing has formed a transformation model of “technical content ecology” by building the technical base of the “Kuafu AI platform”, strengthening the content infrastructure, and innovating the organizational mechanism, but it also faces challenges such as the shortage of digital and intelligent talents, intellectual property infringement, and the risk of profit model adjustment. In this regard, strategies such as strengthening the cultivation of digital and intelligent talents, improving intellectual property protection and balancing returns are proposed. Through the transformation practice of CITIC Publishing, it is expected to provide reference and guidance for the development of the industry.
