慢性阻塞性肺疾病焦虑抑郁共病全球研究文献计量学分析(2014~2025)

A Bibliometric Analysis of Global Research on COPD with Anxiety-Depression Comorbidity (2014~2025)

摘要: 为系统分析国内外慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)与焦虑抑郁共病研究的发展轨迹，识别中外研究领域，本文运用文献计量学方法，对2014~2023年Web of Science (WOS，2912篇)和中国知网(201篇)文献从发文量趋势、作者合作网络、机构分布、关键词共现及突现等维度开展定量分析。文献计量结果显示，国内外研究均呈现“基础探索–深化拓展–前沿创新”三阶段演进轨迹，国外研究起步显著早于中文文献；WOS文献量达知网的14.5倍，凸显国际研究投入优势，国际合作网络紧密且中心性突出，国内相关研究合作松散、跨机构协同不足；在深度层面，国外研究聚焦病理机制、循证干预及标准化评估工具，国内研究在机制探索精细化和干预措施循证化上存在差距。

Abstract: To systematically trace the developmental trajectory of international and Chinese research on comorbid chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) and anxiety/depression, and to delineate the respective research landscapes, this study employed bibliometric methods. We quantitatively analyzed 2912 Web of Science (WOS) records and 201 China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI) articles published between 2014 and 2023, focusing on annual publication trends, author collaboration networks, institutional distributions, keyword co-occurrence, and burst detection. Bibliometric findings reveal that both domestic and international research follow a three-stage evolution, foundational exploration, deepening expansion, and cutting-edge innovation, with international studies emerging markedly earlier than Chinese publications. The WOS corpus is 14.5-fold larger than the CNKI corpus, underscoring the greater global research investment. Internationally, collaboration networks are dense and highly centralized, whereas Chinese collaborations remain fragmented, with limited cross-institutional synergy. International studies concentrate on elucidating pathophysiological mechanisms, implementing evidence-based interventions, and developing standardized assessment tools, whereas Chinese research still lags in mechanistic refinement and the evidence-based validation of interventions.
