民办高职院校贫困生精准资助体系构建及对招生与学校发展的联动效应研究——以云南医药健康职业学院为例
Research on the Construction of Precise Funding System for Impoverished Students in Private Higher Vocational Colleges and Its Linkage Effect on Enrollment and School Development—A Case Study of Yunnan Medical Health College
摘要: 本研究以云南医药健康职业学院为实践样本,聚焦民办高职院校贫困生资助与招生发展的协同机制。通过构建“精准识别–多元资助–育人联动”三位一体体系,对当前政策的优化路径进行了系统分析。研究发现,借助数据整合识别、分层分类资助以及招生促进联动等方式,能够显著提升贫困生的入学保障水平和学校的生源质量。本研究旨在为区域性民办高校提供“精准资助促招生、招生优化强发展”的实践范式,为教育公平及民办高等教育的高质量发展贡献力量。
Abstract: This study takes Yunnan Vocational College of Medicine and Health as a practical sample, focusing on the collaborative mechanism between financial aid for poor students and enrollment development in private higher vocational colleges. By constructing a three-in-one system of “precision identification-diversified funding-educational linkage”, it systematically analyzes the optimization path of current policies. The study finds that through data-integrated identification, hierarchical and classified funding, and enrollment promotion linkage, the guarantee for poor students’ enrollment and the quality of the school’s student (student pool) can be significantly improved. The research aims to provide a practical paradigm of “precision funding promoting enrollment and enrollment optimization strengthening development” for regional private colleges and universities, contributing to educational equity and the high-quality development of private higher education.
