“调形治神”法针治胞宫类疾病探析

Analysis of the Acupuncture Treatment of Cystic Diseases with the Method of “Adjust the Shape to Cure the God”

摘要: 本文于《黄帝内经》中“形神合一”理论基础之上，总结延伸出“调形治神”理论，将其应用于治疗胞宫类疾病并进行探讨。胞宫是女性生殖的核心器官，其功能依赖于脏腑、气血、经络的协调，若三者中出现问题，则易引发月经不调、痛经、不孕等胞宫类疾病。当前西医治疗以药物和手术为主，但存在副作用及局限性，通过确立“形–神–胞宫”轴，在针灸“调形”与“治神”的双重干预下，可以改善胞宫局部病变及整体神机，具有疗效持久、安全性高的优势。本文旨在探讨“调形治神”法的理论依据与临床路径，为针刺治疗胞宫类疾病的临床实践提供参考。

Abstract: On the basis of the theory of “the unity of shape and god” in the “Inner Sutra of the Yellow Emperor”, this article summarizes and extends the theory of “adjust the shape to cure the god”, and applies it to the treatment of cell-like diseases and discusses it. The uterus is the core organ of female reproduction. Its function depends on the coordination of internal organs, qi and blood, and meridians. If there is a problem with the three, it is easy to cause menstrual irregularities, dysmenorrhea, infertility and other uterine diseases. At present, Western medicine treatment is mainly based on drugs and surgery, but there are side effects and limitations. By establishing the “shape-god-cell palace” axis, under the dual intervention of acupuncture and moxibustion “shape adjustment” and “treatment of god”, the local lesions of the uterus and the overall magic machine can be improved, which has the advantages of long-lasting therapeutic effect and high safety. This article systematically sorts out the theoretical basis and clinical path of the method of “adjust the shape to cure the god”, and provides new ideas for acupuncture and moxibustion for the treatment of uterine diseases.
