电子商务赋能社区养老服务模式的路径研究

摘要: 当下我国已经进入老龄化社会，如何解决养老问题已经成为政策设计的关键命题。社区养老服务为解决养老问题提供了重要实践路径，但目前社区养老服务存在着服务设施不足、服务内容缺失、服务队伍建设有待完善等问题，而电子商务为推进智慧养老模式提供关键路径。因此本文通过分析目前社区养老机构的现状和问题，并结合电子商务的优势，拓展社区养老服务的实践方向，为解决老龄化问题提供经验和思考。
Abstract: China has entered an aging society, and how to solve the elderly care problem has become a key issue in policy design. Community elderly care services provide an important practical path to solve the elderly care problem. However, at present, community elderly care services have problems such as insufficient service facilities, missing service contents, and the need to improve the construction of service teams. E-commerce provides a key path to promote the smart elderly care model. Therefore, this article analyzes the current situation and problems of community elderly care institutions and combines the advantages of e-commerce to expand the practical direction of community elderly care services, providing experience and thinking for solving the aging problem.
