摘要: 在乡村振兴战略深入实施和数字经济蓬勃发展的背景下，农村电商作为连接小农户与大市场的重要桥梁，其场域中的数字劳动形态与困境日益凸显。本论文通过分析数字劳动在农村电商中的多元形态，阐述技术嵌入带来的影响，剖析农村电商场域下数字劳动的实践困境并提出针对性破解路径，旨在为农村电商数字劳动生态的优化与发展提供理论参考与实践指导，推动农村数字经济高质量发展。

Abstract: Amid the deepening implementation of rural revitalization strategies and the booming development of the digital economy, rural e-commerce has emerged as a vital bridge connecting small-scale farmers with large markets. However, the digital labor patterns and challenges within this ecosystem have become increasingly prominent. This paper analyzes the diverse forms of digital labor in rural e-commerce, examines the impacts of technological integration, dissects practical dilemmas in digital labor practices under rural e-commerce frameworks, and proposes targeted solutions. The research aims to provide theoretical references and practical guidance for optimizing the digital labor ecosystem in rural e-commerce, thereby promoting high-quality development of the rural digital economy.
