数字基础设施建设赋能跨境电商发展
The Construction of Digital Infrastructure Empowers the Development of Cross-Border E-Commerce
摘要: 数字基础设施作为支撑数字经济发展的基石,其建设水平深刻影响全球贸易新形态——跨境电商的发展效能与潜力。本文系统分析了跨境电商发展的机遇和挑战,深入剖析数字基础设施在降低交易成本、提升物流效率、赋能数据驱动决策与精准营销等方面的核心作用机制。基于此,本文提出强化统筹规划、构建复合型人才培养体系、构建跨境合规赋能体系等对策建议,为释放数字基建对跨境电商的全面赋能提供路径参考。
Abstract: As the cornerstone supporting the development of the digital economy, the construction level of digital infrastructure profoundly influences the development efficiency and potential of the new form of global trade, cross-border e-commerce. This article systematically analyzes the opportunities and challenges of cross-border e-commerce development, and deeply explores the core mechanism of digital infrastructure in reducing transaction costs, improving logistics efficiency, and empowering data-driven decision-making and precise marketing. Based on this, this article proposes countermeasures and suggestions such as strengthening overall planning, building a compound talent cultivation system, and establishing a cross-border compliance empowerment system, providing a path reference for fully empowering cross-border e-commerce with digital infrastructure.
