父母心理控制对青少年社会适应的影响：自尊的中介作用

The Impact of Parental Psychological Control on Adolescent Social Adaptation: The Mediating Role of Self-Esteem

摘要: 探讨父母心理控制与青少年社会适应的关系，分析自尊的中介作用。采用方便抽样的方法，使用中文版父母心理控制量表、自尊量表和青少年社会适应状况评估问卷对北京市的初高中青少年进行调查。最终获得有效问卷275份。父母心理控制与社会适应、自尊呈显著负相关，自尊与社会适应呈显著正相关。中介效应结果表明：父母心理控制预测社会适应，自尊扮演了中介角色，起到了部分遮掩作用。

Abstract: This study explores the relationship between parental psychological control and adolescent social adaptation, and analyzes the mediating role of self-esteem. Using a convenient sampling method, a survey was conducted on middle and high school adolescents in Beijing using the Chinese version of the Parental Psychological Control Scale, Self-Esteem Scale, and Adolescent Social Adaptation Assessment Questionnaire. Finally, 275 valid questionnaires were obtained. Parental psychological control is significantly negatively correlated with social adaptation and self-esteem, while self-esteem is significantly positively correlated with social adaptation. The mediation effect results indicate that parental psychological control predicts social adaptation, and self-esteem plays a mediating role, partially masking the effect.
