基于乡村教育情怀培养的《乡土中国与乡村教育》课程思政教学研究与实践

摘要: 优师专项计划承载着改善中西部欠发达地区中小学教师队伍的重要使命。作为合格的“四有”好老师,首先是需要具有愿意扎根乡村、认同乡村教师职业的高尚理想信念,因此乡村教育情怀在优师专项计划师范生的培养中就显得非常重要。《乡土中国与乡村教育》作为特色课程,通过分析其在人才培养中的定位,合理编排教学内容,充分挖掘课程思政元素,通过课程思政教学的实践,以期实现学生的乡村教育情怀塑造和培养的目的。
Abstract: The special program for excellent teachers carries the important mission of improving the team of primary and secondary school teachers in the underdeveloped areas of the central and western regions. As a qualified “four haves” good teacher, first of all, it is necessary to have noble ideals and beliefs that are willing to take root in the countryside and identify with the rural teacher profession, so the feelings of rural education are very important in the cultivation of normal students in the special program for excellent teachers. As a characteristic course, Rural China and Rural Education analyzes its positioning and analysis in talent training, reasonably arranges the teaching content, fully excavates the ideological and political elements of the curriculum, and realizes the purpose of shaping and cultivating the rural education feelings of students through the practice of ideological and political teaching.
