国际经济与贸易专业“3 + 2”中高职衔接人才培养模式实证研究——以北京农业职业学院为例
An Empirical Study on the “3 + 2” Vocational-Higher Education Linkage Talent Cultivation Model in International Economics and Trade—A Case Study of Beijing Vocational College of Agriculture
摘要: 随着我国职业教育体系的不断完善,中高职衔接项目成为培养高素质技术技能人才的重要途径。本文以北京农业职业学院国际经济与贸易专业“3 + 2”中高职衔接项目为例,通过实证研究方法,探讨了该项目在人才培养模式上的创新与实践。研究基于招生情况、家长学生认可度、转段升学情况等数据,分析了项目的成效与挑战。结果表明,“3 + 2”中高职衔接项目在培养适应市场需求的复合型人才方面具有显著优势,但也存在课程体系与市场需求脱节、校企合作机制仍需完善等问题。针对这些问题,本文提出了优化课程体系、深化校企合作、加强实践教学等改革建议,为职业教育改革提供了有益的借鉴。
Abstract: With the continuous improvement of China’s vocational education system, the linkage between vocational and higher education has become an important path for cultivating high-quality technical and skilled talents. This paper takes the “3 + 2” vocational-higher education linkage project of the International Economics and Trade major at Beijing Agricultural Vocational College as a case study, using empirical research methods to explore innovations and practices in talent cultivation models. Based on data such as enrollment, parental and student recognition, and transfer and further education opportunities, the study analyzes the achievements and challenges of the project. The results show that the “3 + 2” vocational-higher education linkage model has significant advantages in cultivating compound-type talents that meet market demands, but it also faces issues such as a disconnect between the curriculum system and market needs, and imperfect school-enterprise cooperation mechanisms. To address these problems, this paper proposes reforms such as optimizing the curriculum system, deepening school-enterprise cooperation, and enhancing practical teaching, providing valuable references for vocational education reform.
