基于皮尔逊和协方差分析的带钢工艺参数硬度影响显著性研究
Study on the Significance of Process Parameters’ Influence on Hardness in Strip Steel Production Based on Pearson Correlation and Covariance Analysis
摘要: 本文以带钢生产工艺为研究对象,运用皮尔逊相关性分析和协方差分析对带钢工艺参数与带钢硬度之间的关系进行显著性水平研究。首先,采用皮尔逊相关性分析,求解得到各工艺参数与带钢硬度的相关系数,判断相关性强弱。其次,由于带钢的碳含量和硅含量不受人为控制,但仍可能对实验结果产生影响,因此初步将碳含量和硅含量视为协变量。通过求解碳含量和硅含量与带钢硬度之间的相关系数,将线性相关性较强的碳含量作为协变量,各工艺流程参数作为自变量,带钢硬度作为因变量进行协方差分析。最后,由显著性水平值大小判断哪些工艺参数对带钢机械性能有重要影响。
Abstract: This article takes the production process of strip steel as the research object, and uses Pearson correlation analysis and covariance analysis to conduct a significant level study on the relationship between strip steel process parameters and strip steel hardness. Firstly, Pearson correlation analysis is used to obtain the correlation coefficients between various process parameters and strip hardness, and to determine the strength of the correlation. Secondly, since the carbon and silicon contents of the strip steel are not artificially controlled but may still have an impact on the experimental results, the carbon and silicon contents are initially considered covariates. By solving the correlation coefficients between carbon content, silicon content, and strip hardness, the carbon content with strong linear correlation is used as the covariate, each process parameter is used as the independent variable, and strip hardness is used as the dependent variable for covariance analysis. Finally, the significance level values are used to determine which process parameters have a significant impact on the mechanical properties of the strip steel.
