MRI新技术在子宫内膜癌诊疗中的应用新进展
New Progress in the Application of MRI New Technology in the Diagnosis and Treatment of Endometrial Cancer
摘要: 子宫内膜癌(EC)是一种最常见的妇科肿瘤,其发生率逐年升高,对妇女的身体和生命品质造成了极大的危害。肿瘤的精确定性与分期,并对其相关的病理风险因子与分型进行评估,对于指导临床诊疗,提高患者的预后具有重要意义。磁共振成像(MRI)因其具有多角度成像和高软组织分辨率等优点,已经成为癌症诊断的一种主要手段。传统磁共振影像学诊断精度不高,不能适应不断提高的精确诊断和治疗要求。最近几年,磁共振成像有了长足的发展,出现了许多新的影像技术,如功能性影像和定量影像。随着人工智能的快速发展,磁共振图像数据的深度分析成为可能,这将极大地促进磁共振成像新技术的推广。文章主要介绍MRI新技术及其在子宫内膜癌诊疗中的应用新进展,希望为临床提供参考。
Abstract: Endometrial cancer (EC) is the most common gynecological tumor, and its incidence is increasing year by year, causing great harm to women’s bodies and quality of life. The accurate characterization and staging of tumors, as well as the evaluation of their related pathological risk factors and subtypes, are of great significance for guiding clinical diagnosis and improving patient prognosis. Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) has become a major tool for cancer diagnosis due to its advantages of multi angle imaging and high soft tissue resolution. Traditional magnetic resonance imaging has low diagnostic accuracy and cannot meet the constantly improving requirements for precise diagnosis and treatment. In recent years, magnetic resonance imaging has made significant progress and many new imaging techniques have emerged, such as functional imaging and quantitative imaging. With the rapid development of artificial intelligence, deep analysis of magnetic resonance imaging data has become possible, which will greatly promote the promotion of new magnetic resonance imaging technologies. The article mainly introduces the new technology of MRI and its application in the diagnosis and treatment of endometrial cancer, hoping to provide reference for clinical practice.
