海南自贸港涉外医疗领域语言服务现状调查与提升对策研究

摘要: 海南自贸港建设与发展过程中产生了大量涉外医疗语言服务需求，但海南面临医疗语言服务企业数量偏少、人才短缺、技术应用不足等挑战。本研究首次综合梳理海南自贸港医疗领域语言服务发展与研究现状，剖析涉外医疗语言服务优缺点及存在的问题，针对性提出加强人才培养与引进、创新技术应用、制定统一医疗语言服务标准与规范等对策，助力海南医疗旅游行业高质量发展和打造自贸港国际医疗服务品牌。
Abstract: The construction and development of the Hainan Free Trade Port (FTP) have generated substantial demand for language services in the international medical field. However, Hainan faces challenges such as a scarcity of specialized medical language service providers, talent shortages, and insufficient application of technology. This study is the first to comprehensively review the development and research status of language services in Hainan FTP’s medical sector, analyze the strengths, weaknesses, and existing problems in international medical language services, and propose targeted strategies. These include strengthening talent cultivation and recruitment, innovating technology application, and establishing unified standards and norms for medical language services. The findings aim to support the high-quality development of Hainan’s medical tourism industry and contribute to building an international medical service brand for the Free Trade Port.
